Darnétal (French pronunciation:[daʁnetal];Norman:Dernétal) is acommune in theSeine-Maritimedepartment in theNormandyregion in northern France.

Geography

Alight industrial suburban town surrounded bywoodland, situated some 2 miles (3.2 km) east of the centre ofRouen at the junction of the D43, D15 and theN31 roads. Two small rivers flow through the town, theRobec and theAubette.
SNCF operates aTER service, having a railway station in the town.
