Dan Vebber is an American writer best known for his television work on animated shows such asThe Simpsons,Space Ghost Coast to Coast,Futurama,Daria,Napoleon Dynamite andAmerican Dad!. He was also a writer onBuffy the Vampire Slayer.[1]
Vebber was nominated forEmmy Awards in 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2014, winning an Emmy for Outstanding Animated Program in 2011.[2]
Vebber is a 1992 graduate of theUniversity of Wisconsin-Madison,[3] where he wrote for and contributed cartoons toThe Daily Cardinal.[4]. Afterwards, he was a writer and editor forThe Onion in the early 1990s.[5]
