Daniel P. Moul[2] (born October 10, 1950) is an American politician and businessman currently serving as aRepublican member of thePennsylvania House of Representatives from the91st District since 2007.
Moul was born on October 10, 1950, inHanover, Pennsylvania. He graduated fromNew Oxford High School in 1977 and studied finance atYork College of Pennsylvania.[2]
Prior to his run for political office, Moul worked in sales atUtz Brands. After that Moul operated his own real estate development business.[3]
Moul was first elected to thePennsylvania House of Representatives in2006. He was re-elected to eight more consecutive terms.[2][4]
In 2020, Moul was among twenty-six Pennsylvania House Republicans who called for the reversal ofJoe Biden's certification as the winner of Pennsylvania's electoral votes in the2020 United States presidential election, citingfalse claims of election irregularities.[5]

Moul lives inConewago Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania, with his wife Lori. They have two children and five grandchildren.[3]
