In molecular biology,deleted in lymphocytic leukemia 1 (non-protein coding), also known asDLEU1, is along non-coding RNA. In humans it is located onchromosome 13q14. The DLEU1gene was originally identified as a potentialtumour suppressor gene and is often deleted in patients withB-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.[3] It was later discovered to be a long non-coding RNA with over 20 differentsplice variants.[4]
