Subfamily of dopamine receptors

TheD1-like receptors are a subfamily ofdopamine receptors that bind theendogenousneurotransmitterdopamine.[1] The D1-like subfamily consists of twoG protein–coupled receptors that are coupled toGs and mediateexcitatoryneurotransmission, of which includeD1 andD5.[2] For more information, please see the respective main articles of the individual subtypes:
