TheCuadrilla de Vitoria (Basque:Gasteizko kuadrilla) is acomarca of the province ofÁlava,Basque Country, Spain. It is conterminous with the municipality ofVitoria-Gasteiz. Unlike the othercuadrillas, it doesn't have its own institutions,[citation needed] being mostly symbolic.[2] The mayor of Vitoria-Gasteiz holds theex officio position of president of the council of thecuadrilla.[3] TheCuadrilla de Añana was part of the Cuadrilla de Vitoria until 1840.[4]
