Crossair Europe (also known asEuropean Continental Airways) was anairline headquartered on the grounds ofEuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg inSaint-Louis,Haut Rhin,France, nearBasel,Switzerland.[1] It operated scheduled services to destinations inItaly andFrance. Its main base was EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg.

History

Crossair Europe was a subsidiary ofSwiss International Air Lines, operating twoSaab 2000s on their behalf. In March 2005 it was announced that Crossair Europe would be closed by the end of the month and their routes were taken over by Swiss.[2]
