A cross fleury

Across fleury (orflory) is a cross adorned at the ends with flowers inheraldry.[1] It generally contains thefleur-de-lis,trefoils, etc. Synonyms or minor variants includefleuretty,fleuronny,floriated andflourished.[2]

In early armory, it is not consistently distinguished from thecross patonce.[3]
