Cristian Alex da Silva Santos (born 1 December 1993) is a Brazilian professionalfootballer who plays as aforward forChampionship clubPSPS Pekanbaru.[1]
Having started his career with Cruzeiro, Cristian joinedThai side Phuket in 2013, following an agreement between the two clubs.[2] After an impressive 18 goals in 40 games,[3] he transferred toPortuguese side Marítimo in early 2015.[4] He failed to impress during his time with thePrimeira Liga side, and left the same year to return to Brazil. He played for Bragantinofor one game, before being offered a contract withTurkish sideBoluspor.[5]
He did not accept the contract offer with theTFF First League side, and instead joined another Brazilian team, Sorocaba, ahead of the 2016Paulista A2.[6]
After a short spell withLithuanian side Stumbras, Cristian joined Japanese side FC Gifu in early 2017.[3]
On 13 August 2025, IndonesianChampionship clubPSPS Pekanbaru announced the signing of Alex.[7]
