Crisitán Andrés Romero Godoy (born 26 December 1963) is aChileanfootballmanager and former player who played as amidfielder. He is the current manager ofUniversidad de Chile's youth sides.
Romero appeared twice for theChile national team.[1][2]
In 2004, he began his career as the assistant coach ofHoracio Rivas inPalestino.[3] Later, he has mainly worked inUniversidad de Chile, both at youth and senior level. As the head coach, he has also worked forProvincial Osorno in thePrimera B de Chile.[4] In addition, he was the General Manager ofDeportes Iberia between 2015 and 2017.[5]
In 2021, he replacedEsteban Valencia as the coach of Universidad de Chile.[6]
