Craig Haggard is an American politician. ARepublican, he represents District 57 in theIndiana House of Representatives.[1][2]
Haggard was raised inMooresville, Indiana. He attendedMooresville High School, graduating in 1987.[3] He's married to Brooke Haggard and has four children.[3]
Haggard served in theUnited States Marine Corps for twelve years, and was formerly in theIndiana National Guard retiring with the rank ofLieutenant colonel.[3][4]
In May 2022, Haggard defeated Melinda Griesemer in the Republican primary election for the 57th district of theIndiana House of Representatives.[5] No candidate was nominated to challenge him in the general election. He succeededSean Eberhart.[3]
In 2024 he filed to officially run for Congress inIndiana 4th Congressional District for 2026
