Cortifen, also known ascortiphen orkortifen, as well asfencoron, is a syntheticglucocorticoid corticosteroid andantineoplastic agent which was developed inRussia for potential treatment oftumors.[1][2][3] It is ahydrophobic chlorphenacylnitrogen mustard ester of11-deoxycortisol (cortodoxone).[1][2][3][4]
