Cornell Glacier (Greenlandic:Ikissuup Sermersua, old spelling:Ikigssûp Sermerssua,Danish:Cornell Gletscher) is a tidewaterglacier inAvannaata municipality on the northwestern shore ofGreenland. It drains theGreenland ice sheet westwards intoNuussuup Kangia, afjord inlet ofSugar Loaf Bay, to the east of the base ofNuussuaq Peninsula.[1]
