
Conejos,Conejitos, orConejitos chilenos (all in plural form) are traditionalChileanpastry similar toberliner, in that they are filled withcrème pâtissière (custard), but notfried. The dough is made with flour, eggs, sugar, milk, leavening, and butter. The filling (called"crema pastelera" inSpanish) is made withcorn starch, egg yolks, milk, sugar, and vanilla.[1]
