Colégio Militar/Luz is a metro station inLisbon, Portugal. It is part of the Blue Line of theLisbon Metro.
The station opened on 14 October 1988, in conjunction with theAlto dos Moinhos andLaranjeiras stations, and it is located on Avenida do Colégio Militar, close to themilitary school from which it takes its name andEstádio da Luz, home ofS.L. Benfica. Built over it is an important bus terminal and the shopping mallColombo Centre.
The architectural design of the station is byAntónio J. Mendes.[1]
Throughout 2019, lifts were expected to be added to this station, making the station accessible for persons with disabilities.[2]
