Code page 867 (CCSID 867)[1] is a Hebrew 8-bitcode page defined byIBM in 1998. It is based onCode page 862 but replaces several characters not used in Hebrew with nonprinting characters forbidirectional text support, aeuro sign and ashekel sign.[2]
The code page ID is conflictive with aNEC code page for theKamenický encoding defined since 1992.
