Clofenciclan (also known aschlorphencyclan; trade namesTonquil andVesitan) is adopamine-releasing agent developed by Boehringer & Soehne in the 1950s.[1][2] It proved unpopular as a treatment because of its pronouncedstimulant activity.[3]

Sila analogues of clorphencyclane were developed.[4]
