Clebopride is adopamine antagonist drug withantiemetic andprokinetic properties used to treat functional gastrointestinal disorders. Chemically, it is asubstitutedbenzamide, closely related tometoclopramide.
A small Spanish study found that moreadverse reactions are reported with clebopride than with metoclopramide, particularlyextrapyramidal symptoms.[1]
