Claude "Didi" Andrey (born 13 June 1951) is a formerSwissfootballer, who most recently managedYverdon-Sport FC in theChallenge League.
Andrey took overFC Basel fortheir 1993–94 season. His team included the likes of Swiss international goalkeeperStefan Huber, defendersMassimo Ceccaroni,Marco Walker,Reto Baumgartner andSamir Tabakovic, the midfieldersMario Cantaluppi,Martin Jeitziner,Admir Smajić andØrjan Berg and the Swiss international strikersDario Zuffi andPhilippe Hertig. Together they won the promotion/relegation group and becameNationalliga B champions and thus won promotion to the top flight of Swiss football. This after six seasons in the second tier.[2]
He stayed with the club the next season, but was fired during the starting months of his third season.
