Cl-4AS-1 is a dualanabolic–androgenic steroid (AAS) and5α-reductase inhibitor.[1][2] It is a potent andselectivefull agonist of theandrogen receptor (IC50 = 12 nM) andinhibitor of5α-reductasetypes I andII (IC50 = 6 and 10 nM, respectively).[1][2] Structurally, Cl-4AS-1 is a4-azasteroid.[1]
