Settlement and fort of ancient Pontus

Cizari orKizari (Ancient Greek:ἡ Κίζαρι), also calledIcizari orIkizari (Ἰκίζαρι), was a settlement and fort ofancient Pontus, in the districtPhazemonitis, onLake Stiphane. It was deserted inStrabo's time, and there was a palace built near it.[1]

Its site is located southwest ofLâdik,Asiatic Turkey.[2][3]
