"Cindy Incidentally" is a song by theBritish groupFaces, written by group membersRod Stewart,Ronnie Wood andIan McLagan. It was produced byGlyn Johns.[1] It was included on the band's 1973 albumOoh La La, and in the same year was released byWarner Bros. Records as the firstsingle from that album.

It was the group's biggest hit in theUK, reaching number two on the UK chart in 1973 and staying on the chart for nine weeks.[2]AllMusic describes the song as "one of their best".[3] The song also was a moderate hit in the US on the Hot 100.
