TheChurch of the Archangels Michael and Gabriel is aRomanian Orthodox church in Plopiș village,Șișești Commune,Maramureș County,Romania. Built in 1798, it is one of eight buildings that make up thewooden churches of Maramureș UNESCO World Heritage Site,^[1] and is also listed as ahistoric monument by the country'sMinistry of Culture and Religious Affairs.^[2]
