Christine Mummhardt (néeWalther, born 27 December 1951) is a German formervolleyball player who competed forEast Germany in the1976 Summer Olympics and in the1980 Summer Olympics.

Mummhardt was born inDresden in 1951.[1]

In 1976, Mummhardt was part of theEast German team that finished sixth in theOlympic tournament. She played all five matches. Four years later, she won a silver medal with the East German team in the1980 Olympic tournament. She played three matches.[2]

She studied state sciences and was employed first atVolkspolizei (German People's Police) followed byBundesagentur für Arbeit (Federal Employment Agency).[1]
