"Christie" Flanagan Jr. (December 8, 1905 – March 22, 1991), also known asChristy Flanagan in certain Notre Dame materials,[1] was anAll-Americancollege football player forKnute Rockne'sNotre Dame Fighting Irish.[2][3][4] He scored thetouchdown to beatArmy in1926.[5] He ran for over 1,800 yards and 15 touchdowns in his career.[6]
