Chrissy Wallace (born May 15, 1988)[1] is an Americanstock car racing driver. She is the daughter ofNASCAR driverMike Wallace, niece ofRusty Wallace andKenny Wallace, cousin ofSteve Wallace, and sister ofMatt Wallace.
At 19 in 2007, Wallace became the first female driver to ever win atHickory Motor Speedway in North Carolina.[2]
She made her NASCARCraftsman Truck Series debut in March 2008 atMartinsville Speedway, finishing 18th in the No. 03Toyota forGermain Racing.[3] She raced in six races that season. In 2009, Wallace finished a career-best 13th in theMountain Dew 250 atTalladega Superspeedway in the No. 08Chevrolet forSS-Green Light Racing.
In 2010, she made herNASCAR Nationwide Series debut in theDRIVE4COPD 300 atDaytona. Driving the No. 41Chevrolet, she started 35th and finished 43rd after crashing on the first lap. Wallace also made theAaron's 312 atTalladega, finishing 24th in the No. 0 forJD Motorsports.
In 2011, Wallace became the first woman to win anAmerican Speed Association Late Model track championship atLebanon I-44 Speedway,[4] the same track where her father Mike won the championship in 1990.
