Chris Crass (born c. 1973[ 1] ) is an Americananarchist ,activist , and writer on topics ofanti-racist andfeminist organizing.
In high school, Chris Crass's best friend introduced him to anarchist politics andpunk rock .[ 2] Crass attendedSan Francisco State University [ 3] and was an active organizer in the area'sFood Not Bombs chapter from 1993 to 2000.[ 4] In the 2000s and early 2010s, he was an organizer for immigrant rights.[ 1] [ 5]
Crass is also aUnitarian Universalist . He lives inTennessee , with his partner and 2 children (River and August).[ 6]
