Chong Zhemin (simplified Chinese:张哲敏;traditional Chinese:張哲敏;pinyin:Zhāng Zhémǐn;Jyutping:Zoeng1 Zit3 Man5;Pe̍h-ōe-jī:Tiuⁿ Tiat-bín; born 5 July 1985) is a Malaysian politician and accountant who has served as theMember of Parliament (MP) forKampar since November 2022. He served as Member of thePerak State Legislative Assembly (MLA) forKeranji from May 2018 to November 2022. He is a member of theDemocratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of thePakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. He is the Chief of Economic Development Bureau of DAP ofPerak and was the Political Secretary to National Vice Chairman, Parliamentary Leader and State Chairman of DAP of PerakNga Kor Ming.[1]
