TheChanghua River (Chinese:昌化江),[4] also known as Changhua Jiang,[5] Chang River (昌江),[6] is ariver located inHainan Province of thePeople's Republic of China.[7] and is the second longest river in Hainan.[8]

Changhua River originates fromKongshi Ridge (空示岭),[9]Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County, and runs through the central and western parts of the island, passing through Qiongzhong, Baoting, Ledong, Dongfang and other cities and counties until it enters the sea at theChanghua Port (昌化港), with a total length of 232 kilometers[10] and awatershed area of 5070 square kilometers.[11]
