Chūseihoku-dō (忠清北道;Korean충청북도), alternativelyChūseihoku Province,Chūsei Hoku, orNorth Chūsei Province, was a province ofKorea under Japanese rule.[1] Its capital was atSeishū (contemporary Cheongju, South Korea). The prefecture consisted of what is now the South Korean province ofNorth Chungcheong.
