Thiscategory is for fictional characters who are depicted inadolescence in all genres of fiction, including literature, films, television, comics, video games, musical theatre, etc. As withreal adolescents, the term refers to characters who are understood to be underage 21 during the course of a book, story, film or episode in which they are depicted.
  • In the case of non-human characters, articles should only be included based on that species' definition of "adulthood".
  • In the case of characters who mature to adulthood in the course of the story, articles should only be included in these subcategories if the character's adolescence experiences form a notable part of the story.
