Casalino is acomune (municipality) in theProvince of Novara in theItalian regionPiedmont, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) northeast ofTurin and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) southwest ofNovara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,469 and an area of 39.6 square kilometres (15.3 sq mi).[3]
