Carmen Anthony Cavalli Jr. (June 11, 1937 – March 20, 2024) was an American professionalfootball player who was adefensive end for one season with theOakland Raiders of theAmerican Football League (AFL). He playedcollege football at theUniversity of Richmond for theRichmond Spiders.[1]
In 1962, Cavalli joined theWheeling Ironmen of theUnited Football League. In 1965, he joined thePhiladelphia Bulldogs of theContinental Football League. In 1966, the Bulldogs won the CFL championship.[2]
Cavalli died on March 20, 2024, at the age of 86.[3][4]
