Carlos Antonio Toro Coronado (born 4 February 1976) is a Chilean formerfootballgoalkeeper.
He reached his better season withSantiago Wanderers in 2001, being called up to theChile national team.[1]
He represented Chile at under-20 level in both the1995 South American Championship[2] and the1995 FIFA World Youth Championship.[3]
At senior level, he made his debut on 21 March 2001 in a friendly against Honduras. He obtained a total number of three caps for his native country, and was a member of the team competing at the2001 Copa América.[4] In addition, he made an appearance for Chile B in the friendly match againstCatalonia on 28 December 2001.[5]
In 2007, Toro moved and settled inMallorca, Spain, along with his family.[6]
His son is also a goalkeeper who trialed withUniversidad Católica andColo-Colo and played forMalleco Unido.[6]
