Carlos Apna Embaló (born 25 November 1994) is a Bissau-Guineanfootballer who plays as awinger orforward for ItalianSerie D clubScafatese.

Club career

Embalo was bought byPalermo from Portuguese teamChaves.Rosanero then loaned Embalo toCarpi. On 13 September 2014, Embaló made his professional debut withCarpi in a2014–15 Serie B match againstCrotone.[citation needed] After his loan period end,Palermo loaned him toLecce andBrescia.

On 15 June 2016,Palermo officially announced the contract extension with Embalo until 30 June 2020.[1]

On 25 January 2019, he joinedCosenza on loan until the end of the 2018–19 season.[2]

After Palermo's exclusion from Italian football, he left Italy for Belgium by joiningEupen. On 29 January 2021, he joined Spanish clubAD Alcorcón on loan for the remainder of the2020–21 Segunda División season.[3]

On 23 June 2022, Embaló returned to Italy and signed withSerie B sideCittadella.[4]

On 1 September 2023, Embaló moved toFoggia.[5]
