Capetus orCapetus Silvius (said to have reigned 934–921 BC)[1](Latin:Căpĕtŭs Sĭluĭŭs) was a descendant ofAeneas and one of the legendaryLatin kings of Alba Longa. He was the son ofCapys, and the father ofTiberinus, after whom theTiber river was named.
