Cannabidiorcol (CBDO,CBD-C1,O-1821) is aphytocannabinoid found naturally inCannabis in trace concentrations. It is related tocannabidiol, with the pentyl side chain shortened to amethyl group. Cannabidiorcol has low affinity forcannabinoid receptors and is mainly active as an agonist of theTRPV2 cation channel, through which it producesantiinflammatory effects,[1] but can also promotetumorigenesis at high concentrations.[2]
