TheCanarian shrew (Crocidura canariensis) is a species ofmammal in the familySoricidae. It isendemic to theCanary Islands, specifically the eastern islands ofLanzarote,Fuerteventura, Lobos, and Mount Clara. It used to be found onGraciosa, Canary Islands andAlegranza. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dryshrubland. It is threatened byhabitat loss.^[1]
