Camille Paulus (born 24 April 1943) is aBelgian lawyer and liberal politician.
He graduated with a doctorate in law at theVrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in 1966.
He succeededFrans Van den Eynde as the mayor ofAartselaar in 1989.[1] Paulus was a Law Professor at theVrije Universiteit Brussel, mayor ofAartselaar, and President of theLiberaal Vlaams Verbond (1982–1993). He wasgovernor of the Belgianprovince ofAntwerp from 1 October 1993 until 30 April 2008.
