The district includes most of coastalOrange County, includingSeal Beach,Huntington Beach,Newport Beach,Emerald Bay,Laguna Beach, andDana Point; San Clemente; theLittle Saigon area of northwestern Orange County, includingGarden Grove,Westminster,Fountain Valley,Midway City,Stanton,Cypress,La Palma,Rossmoor, andLos Alamitos; andArtesia,Cerritos, andHawaiian Gardens in southeasternLos Angeles County.
