California's 28th State Assembly district is one of 80CaliforniaState Assembly districts. It is currently represented byDemocratGail Pellerin ofSanta Cruz.

District profile

The district is located in the southwestern corner ofSilicon Valley and consists mainly of middle-income and affluent residential communities and neighborhoods. Like other districts in Silicon Valley, the district is also home to the headquarters of many tech corporations.[citation needed]
