CUMYL-CH-MEGACLONE (CUMYL-CHMGACLONE,SGT-270) is agamma-carboline basedsynthetic cannabinoid receptor agonist that has been sold as adesigner drug, first being identified in Hungary in December 2018.[1][2][3]
