CAMP responsive element binding protein-like 1, also known asCREBL1, is aprotein which in humans is encoded by theCREBL1gene.[5][6]
The protein encoded by this gene bears sequence similarity with theCreb/ATF subfamily of thebZip superfamily oftranscription factors. It localizes to both thecytoplasm and thenucleus. The gene localizes to themajor histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III region onchromosome 6.[5]
