Owned byRogers Radio, a division ofRogers Sports & Media, the station airs acountry format branded asCountry 107.1.^[1] CFVR was established in 1962 as a semi-satellite station ofCHWK. It mostly simulcast CHWK but had its own morning show. The station was anetwork affiliate ofCBC Radio until 1981.^[2]
