TheCECAFA Women's U-20 Championship is afootball (soccer) tournament inAfrica. It is organised by theCouncil of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA), and includes women's national under 20 teams fromCentral andEast Africa.
The first edition was held in Uganda from 28 October to 9 November 2021.[1][2]
