Club Deportivo Villa de Fortuna is a Spanishfootball club based inFortuna, in theRegion of Murcia. Founded in 2015, they play inSegunda Autonómica – Group 2, holding home games at theComplejo Municipal Fortuna José Luis Belda, with a capacity of 1,000 people.
Founded in 2015 to replace absorbedPMD Fortuna in the city, Villa de Fortuna started playing in theSegunda Autonómica, the lowest tier of Murcian football, and achieved immediate promotion as champions. Another promotion followed in 2018, after the club finished third in thePrimera Autonómica.
Villa de Fortuna subsequently established themselves in thePreferente Autonómica, reaching the final of the promotion play-offs in 2020–21 but losing toCD Bala Azul;[5] the club still qualified to the2021–22 Copa del Rey, knocking outCA Espeleño in the preliminary rounds but being subsequently eliminated byCádiz CF in the first round.
