C-C chemokine receptor type 11 is aprotein that in humans is encoded by theCCRL1gene.[5][6]

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of theG protein-coupled receptor family, and is a receptor for C-C typechemokines. This receptor has been shown to binddendritic cell- andT cell-activated chemokines includingCCL19/ELC,CCL21/SLC, andCCL25/TECK. Alternatively splicedtranscript variants encoding the same protein have been described.[6]
