TheCaribbean Forum (CARIFORUM) is a subgroup of theOrganisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States and serves as a base for economic dialogue with theEuropean Union. It was established in 1992.[1] Its membership comprises the 15Caribbean Community states, along with theDominican Republic.[2] In 2008, they signed the CARIFORUM-EUEconomic Partnership Agreement with theEuropean Union.[3]Guyana andHaiti expressed reservations and did not attend the initial signing ceremony.[4]
