CFI Financial Group is a global brokerage founded inBeirut in 2015 as part of Credit Financier InvestSAL (est. 1998), later relocating its headquarters toDubai in 2017. It holds twelve regulatory licenses, including in theUK,UAE,Cyprus,Jordan,South Africa, andEgypt, and also operates in several lightly regulated markets. Since 2019, it has been the official partner of theJordan Basketball League, and since 2022 it has also been the official partner of theMilan football club.
CFI Financial Group operates globally, with offices across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania. CFI Financial Group supports theKing Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center by contributing donations aimed at helping underprivilegedcancer patients receive treatment. The company also allows its clients to donate a portion of their trades, with CFI matching these donations to provide further support to the foundation.[1]
CFI Financial Group was established inBeirut,Lebanon, in 2015 by Hisham Mansour and Eduardo Fakhoury as part of the international expansion of Credit Financier Invest SAL, originally founded in 1998.[2]
In 2017, the company's headquarters relocated toDubai to strengthen its presence in the Middle East.[3] In 2018, CFI expanded toJordan, becoming one of the first international brokerage groups to acquire both local and international licenses from theJordan Securities Commission (JSC).[4] In the same year, CFI opened its UK office inLondon.[5]
In 2019, CFI opened an office inPort Louis, Mauritius.[6]
In September 2022,AC Milan partnered with CFI Financial Group as an Official Regional Partner to strengthen the football club's presence in theMiddle East.[7][8]
In November 2022, CFI expanded into theEgyptian market through acquiring local brokerage firmEl Mahrousa.[9]
CFI reported trading volumes of $1.03 trillion in Q3 2024, with an annual total of $2.15 trillion for that year.[10][11]
In January 2024, CFI Financial Group launched a new office regulated by theSecurities and Commodities Authority (SCA) in Dubai.[12] Later that year, it entered theAzerbaijani market by acquiringAzFinance Investment Company and opened aBaku office in February 2025.[13][14] In December 2024, CFI also launched operations inSouth Africa, establishing an office inCape Town under theFinancial Sector Conduct Authority's approval.[15][16]

CFI has launched several projects, such asCapitalise.ai,TipRanks, and developed its own trading app.[19]
In 2023, the group partnered with theKing Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center to fund a new medical unit dedicated to underprivileged patients, scheduled to open by late 2024. Additionally, CFI introduced a client donation initiative, matching contributions made from trading activities to further support the foundation.[20]
CFI Financial Group invests in sports sponsorships to enhance global brand recognition. Notable partnerships include agreements withNissan E.Dams Formula E Team, theLebanon men's national basketball team, theJordan Basketball Federation, theJordan men's national basketball team,[21][22] Italian football clubAC Milan,[23] EnglishSheffield United F.C.,[24] FrenchParis Saint-Germain FC,[25] South African cricket teamMI Cape Town,[26] as well as 18 teams participating inFIBA West Asia Super League.[27] Prominent global ambassadors for the brand have included Spanish football managerPep Guardiola in 2022[21] and British racing driverLewis Hamilton in 2024.[10][28]
