The5th constituency of the Côte-d'Or is a French legislativeconstituency in theCôte-d'Ordépartement. Like the other 576 French constituencies, it elects oneMP using thetwo-round system.[1]

Description

Côte-d'Or's 5th constituency covers the southern section of the department withBeaune as its largest settlement.

Between 1988 and 2017, control of the seat swung between theSocialist Party andGaullists, until centristLREM won the seat in 2017.
